Why the OLPC in Argentina should use Ututo XS

Daniel Olivera, from Ututo, sent a very interesting link to a document where
they explain why the OS for the OLPC in Argentina should be Ututo XS. The
document is in Spanish, but some ideas are related to issues quite important
for developing countries as political and technological independence,
development of local capacities and Ututo’s technical features.
Definitively is not only an option for Argentina, but for other Latin American
countries.
